Women of the Wall Bat Mitzvah

Danielle Shitrit Women of the Wall Jan 2016Nothing can compare to a coming-of-age ceremony at the Western Wall. Women of the Wall is happy to host your simcha, or part of it, at a Rosh Hodesh service at the Kotel.

Your own celebration of entering full Jewish adulthood would become part of a movement to ensure the right of all women to freedom of worship at the Kotel.

You will never forget your Rosh Hodesh Bat Mitzvah service with Women of the Wall at the Western Wall. Share your special moment with a strong and vital community of women. Find Women of the Wall’s future Rosh Hodesh prayer dates here.

Women of the Wall is a monthly women’s prayer group whose central mission is to achieve the social and legal recognition of our right, as women, to wear prayer shawls, pray, and read from the Torah, collectively and aloud, at the Western Wall. Learn more about WOW here.
